Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of skincare products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

To start a return, contact us at lindsay@investedinskin.com with your order number. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Virtual consultations
Consultations are non-refundable once completed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.
